Swimming in the Sea

Today I am a dolphin
Swimming in the sea,
Leaping and frolicking,
My heart is filled with glee.

Splashing and playing,
Diving deep, at random...
Exploring unknown depths
With joyful abandon.

Soaring to the surface,
I dance above the waves;
I feel the thrill of freedom,
That my soul so often craves.

I'm in rhythm with the moment,
Swimming in the sea,
Yesterday is gone...
Tomorrow's a fantasy.

My joy is my awareness
Of the beauty that surrounds me;
By being in the moment,
I discover what unbounds me.
