"Sparkling Angel"
Page ~~~
During the week of
October 13th, 2003, I was truly blessed with visits from Sparkling
Angel,
who showered me with messages of cheer, beautiful gifts and adoptions,
poems, and lovely
emails (shown below). I will always remember her wonderful,
sharing spirit, and how much her visits meant to me. She
exemplifies the spirit of friendship and giving. Thank you so
much, Sparkling Angel, for a week of "angel"
happiness, and for a new-found friendship I will treasure. May
your days be filled with as much joy as you brought to me, and that
you create
for so many others.

An
Angel's Love
When
I have no one to turn to
And I am feeling kind of low,
When there is no one to talk to
And nowhere I want to go,
I search deep within myself
It is the love inside my heart
That lets me know my Angels are there
Even though we are miles apart.
A
smile then appears upon my face
And the sun begins to shine.
I hear a voice, so soft and sweet
Saying, 'Everything will be just fine'
It may seem that I am alone
But I am never by myself at all.
Whenever I need my Angels near
All I have to do is call.
An
Angel's love is always true
On that you can depend.
They will always stand behind you
And will always be your friend.
Through darkest hours and brightest days
Our Angels see us through.
You are one of my Angels.
Perhaps I am one for you.

Why Angels Have Come
Angels have come to bring with them
in thought and deed and, also, hymn
The message of God and his wisdom
great
His Love, His wants for all our fate.
They bring on high their protection
strong
To guide us all when things go wrong
To teach us patience when none exists
To help us see what blindness missed
To help us hear what deafness hides
To help us feel what touch denies.
To give us peach when fighting's
round
To fill us with love when hates
abound
To encourage the feeling of a want to
give
A feeling with which we all should
live.
So, in this season's darkest night
Within our souls cloth shine a light
To warm us with forgiveness and
sharing
And with compassion and, also,
caring.
All these things are send from Heaven
divine
For the angels have brought them
'Tis God's Design

Angel Dust
The world needs tolerance;
A lot more trust.
And kindness scattered,
Like Angel Dust.
We need quiet moments;
A lot more peace.
That wars may end
And hatreds cease.
We need caring friends;
Some hope, some mirth.
And a glimmer to guide us
Here on this earth.
We need joyful hearts;
Cures for disease.
And gentle reminders
To say "thank you" and "please".
We need to protect
The frog and the dove.
For the smallest of creatures
Were created through love.
We need to remember
Stray kittens; green trees.
For we are no greater
Or lesser than these.
How to begin
The changes we must?
By scattering kindnesses,
Like Angel Dust.

On a blustery Fall morning I
received this lovely gift from Sparkling Angel to warm my
heart. How fortunate I am to have such a wonderful friend
and "angel" in my life.
And I love her, too!
Sparkling Angel is one of the
nicest blessings in my life.
Pocket Angel
I am a tiny Angel...
I'm smaller than your thumb,
I live in people's pockets,
That's where I have my fun.
I don't suppose you've seen me,
I'm too tiny to detect,
Though I'm with you all the time,
I doubt we've ever met.
Before I was an Angel,
I was a fairy in a flower
God, himself, hand picked me
And gave me Angel power.
Now God has many Angels
That he trains in Angel pools
We become his eyes, his ears, and
hands
We become his special tools.
And because God is so busy,
With way too much to do,
He said that my assignment
Is to keep close watch on you.
When he tucked me in your pocket,
He blessed you with Angel care,
Then he told me to never leave you,
And I vowed always to be there.

What makes Sparkling Angel so
special is that she continues to brighten my days,
long after she first began to
share her Angel "sparkle" with me.
God's Boxes
I have in my hands two boxes
Which God gave me to hold.
He said, "Put all your
sorrows in the black box
And all your joys in the
gold."
I heeded His words, and in
the two boxes
Both my joys and sorrows I
stored.
But though the gold became
heavier each day
The black was as light as
before.
With curiosity, I opened
the black,
I wanted to find out why,
And I saw, in the base of
the box, a hole
Which my sorrows had fallen out
by.
I showed the hole to God,
and mused,
"I wonder where my sorrows
could be."
He smiled a gentle smile and
said,
"My child, they're all here
with me."
I asked God, why He gave me the
boxes,
Why the gold and the black
with the hole?
"My child, the gold is for
you to count your blessings
The black is for you to let
go."

The beautiful poem, "God's
Boxes" and this lovely gift couldn't have come at a

this beautiful adoption, Sparkling Angel!
Once again, I have been the
recipient of Sparkling Angel's kind thoughts and another
gorgeous
gift! I am so fortunate
to have her friendship, and I only hope that I can share with
others a small
measure of the joy she brings
to me, which I know would bring many smiles to many
hearts! Thank you so much, Sparking Angel!
Hugs and Blessings to you, Sparkling
Angel!!
